Hundreds of tons of explosives in Iraq guarded by the International Atomic Energy Agency before the war were left unattended when the US invaded in 2003 -- despite explicit warnings by the IAEA to the US that they existed and were crucial to secure. The administration has kept this quiet until now, but these are the explosives used against American troops...and who knows where else they are going?

If Bush's final argument is that Kerry cannot be depended upon to keep us safe and this happens on Bush's watch, how the hell can he claim Kerry will be anything other than an improvement?
